About us
GreBcon is a building company in Milton Keynes. We work for homeowners across the city and the villages of north Buckinghamshire and south Northamptonshire, building house extensions, loft and garage conversions, and renovations large and small.
With more than 12 years of experience in the building trade, we take on the whole job rather than one part of it. The team that digs the footings is the team that builds the walls, puts the roof on and finishes the rooms inside, working alongside trusted local trades and suppliers who know the area.
We believe building work should be clear and free of stress. That means practical advice before anything starts, an honest written quote, and regular updates as the work goes on, including any problems we find along the way.

Our work
Three projects from start to finish, in our own words. Every photograph on this site is one of our own jobs.
A semi-detached house in the village of Haversham, extended to the side and rear over two storeys and renovated throughout. The project began with a detailed consultation with the owners and ran from the footings and floor through the walls and roof to first fix, plastering and finishing.
The owners had been thinking about extending for some time and chose a loft conversion as a more efficient way to gain space. The unused loft became a new room, with a blockwork gable, a new staircase, new windows, insulation and flooring.
A garage converted into a room that joins up with the rest of the house, the living room renovated and a new kitchen fitted. The conversion was finished with new flooring, lighting and insulation, and the kitchen with grey worktops, a tiled floor and plinth lights.

Our work ranges from a new garden wall to a two-storey extension. Along the way we convert lofts and garages, remove walls, lay bricks, fit roofs, plaster, fit kitchens and bathrooms, and build patios and fences.
